Fill out the form to the right and let us know any needs / wants that will effect the decision on your new home. Make sure to include:
- Where do you want to live? (New to Chicago? Let us know and we'll be glad to suggest areas that will match your needs.)
- How much do you intend to spend on rent? Does this include utilities and / or parking?
- When do you need to move?
- How many bedrooms / bathrooms will you need?
- Any additional information such as: number of roommates, need for parking, if you have a pet, desired building amenities, unit finishes...

Step 2:
Which Apartments Would You Like To See?
One of our professional leasing agents will use the information you supply to search our extensive database of Chicagoland apartments. Within 24 hours you will receive an email with links to potential apartments that you can review at your leisure. Once you have decided upon the apartments you want to see let your agent know and they will work with you to set up a block of time that you can see them all.
Step 3:
Lets Look At Some Great Apartments!
Based on the schedule your agent worked out with you, you will meet at the first apartment to begin your tour. Your agent will personally direct you through the different buildings and show you the features of each while answering any questions that come up. Once your tour is complete they will help you decide if any of the places are the one for you and how to proceed.
Need a ride? Make sure to let your agent know and they will be glad to carpool you from the 1st building on your tour, or pick you up from the nearest train station.
Step 4:
Time To Apply*!
Your agent will help direct you through the leasing application process and will let you know of any special details for the apartment you are applying for.
If your application is accepted* your agent will make sure that the lease signing and key transfer are coordinated and that you are lined up with the appropriate people to have your move-in run as smoothly as possible.
